Marked with a 1in grid that includes 1/8in markings along with 45 and 60 degree angled lines. White horizontal and vertical lines cross in the center of the rotating mat making it easy to trim embroidered blocks to size. Numbers are printed facing the outside of the rotating mat on all four sides with matching numbers across the mat. No matter which side you're working from, you'll always have a set of numbers to read that are right side up.
