Store Policies

REFUND POLICY

Countryside Quilts, LLC has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. NO RETURNS ON FABRIC. Fabric is cut off the bolt for each Customers needs otherwise it is custom.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in which your email and name of the person on the order on file can serve as proof of purchase for online orders only. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@countrysidequilts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, edge to edge quilted products, custom ordered products like T-Shirt | Memory Quilts. Certain McCall's Candle's products like wax melts & oils. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.


SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Saturday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in the cart. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours for in-stock items within our retail store. Our website will state “PICKUP AVAILABLE AT 227 EAST HIGH STREET”

Countryside Quilts, LLC, is a service and retail company. Fabric and other quilting-related products are shipped directly or placed with the manufacturer of the fabric or product line. Our contracted companies normally dropship – on occasion the manufacturer will ship your order to us. Countryside Quilts, LLC, DOES NOT charge additional shipping in these cases.

Communication is key – At times during national emergencies (COVID) or any other emergencies - including local natural disasters and certain federal holidays - Countryside Quilts closes for the safety of ALL employees and Customers. During such time Countryside Quilts will communicate our closing through social media, this website and any other outlet such as Google etc. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

All P.O. Box orders require your signature for pick-up as we can not track your order after it has been delivered to a P.O. Box. Sue’s Quilting Company will do our best to ship orders to APO/FPO address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Countryside Quilts, LLC, is dedicated to our Customers and communication is key. Countryside Quilts, LLC, has invested is automated systems to keep you informed once your order has been fulfilled. You will receive an email with a confirmation of fulfillment and tracking number with your chosen carrier, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

 You can track your order online by logging into your account by using your phone number or email address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Countryside Quilts, LLC, does its best to include customs and taxes. However, Countryside Quilts, LLC, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Countryside Quilts, LLC, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Countryside Quilts, LLC, currently only ships to Canada & the United States. If you wish to order outside our International Shipping area. Contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping to your country. Should we receive an international order to a restricted country as set by the Countryside Board of Directors - Such an order will be canceled and all funds refunded.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify. We use third-party suppliers and vendors and Countryside Quilts fulfill our own orders, meaning certain products sold is not available in-store. When these items are sold via online, such orders are processed through Countryside Quilts, LLC and those products are shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer. 

Customer support information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, address for shipping reasons, and phone number (cell) for order updates.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Outside orders are transmitted to Notions Marketing for fulfillment if the product is not in store. 

 MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 12. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.


SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with delisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
