To diagnose and fix your issue quickly, we need to recreate the problem in-shop. Please leave the project in the machine (or a sample) along with detailed notes—what happened, when it started, and what you've tried. The more info, the fewer guesses we have to make!
Without that, we may be poking around blindly—and that’s no fun for anyone. Our goal is a quick turnaround and a clear fix, not mystery quilting.
Drop Off:
You may drop off your machine for an full inspection at 2117 Missouri Blvd, Jefferson City, MO 65109
Tech In House Hours:
- Sunday - Tuesday: Protected Work Time (CLOSED)
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Drop Off Hours:
- Wednesday - Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
