Central Plains Legacy Group Announces Acquisition of Countryside General Stores, LLC and Countryside Quilts®

Central Plains Legacy Group (CPLG) today announced the completed acquisition of Countryside General Stores, LLC and Countryside Quilts® effective July 9, 2026. The purchase strengthens CPLG’s long‑term strategic foundation while preserving the full identity, operations, and customer experience of both Countryside brands.

Under the terms of the acquisition, all business operations, leadership structures, product lines, and brand standards will remain fully intact. Countryside General Stores and Countryside Quilts® will continue to operate independently, maintaining their established processes, community relationships, and customer‑first values.
