Check My Status: Track Your Quilt or Sewing Machine Service Online
Waiting on a quilt or sewing machine service project can feel a little like waiting for the last piece of a puzzle to turn up. You know it is moving along, but you would still love to see exactly where it is.
That is why Countryside Quilts® makes it easy to check your service status online. With Check My Status, customers can enter the ticket number from their pickup slip or receipt and see the latest information about a quilt or sewing machine service project.
Prefer to visit us in person? You can also check your project on the service board at our Jefferson City location. It is modern convenience paired with something we value just as much: old-fashioned service and a helpful person who knows your project matters.

Check Your Service Status Online
Once your quilt or machine has been checked in, keep your ticket number handy. It is printed on your pickup slip or receipt and connects you to your service information.
To check your status:
- Visit the Check My Status page.
- Enter the ticket number from your pickup slip or receipt.
- Select Check Status.
- Review the current update for your project.
The page is designed to be simple and convenient, whether you are checking from your sewing room, your phone, or the kitchen table while deciding what project to work on next.
You do not have to wait for store hours just to look up an update. Online access gives customers a helpful way to stay informed whenever they need it.
See Where Your Project Is in the Process
Service projects can move through several stages. A quilt may be waiting for measurements, batting, thread, or its turn on the longarm machine. A sewing machine may be awaiting inspection, diagnosis, parts, repair, testing, or final pickup.
Status tracking helps make that process easier to understand.
Depending on the project, updates may help you see whether your item is:
- Checked in at the Jefferson City Service Center
- Waiting in the service queue
- Being reviewed or diagnosed
- Awaiting customer approval or additional information
- Waiting for parts or materials
- In the repair or quilting process
- In testing or final quality review
- Ready for pickup
Every project is different, and timing can depend on the type of service, the size of a quilt, the availability of parts, and the current queue. The important thing is that you have a clear place to check for the latest information instead of wondering what is happening behind the scenes.
Prefer an In-Person Update? Check the Service Board
Technology is helpful, but sometimes you simply want to walk in, ask a question, and talk with a real person. At Countryside Quilts®, you can check your project on the service board when you visit the store.
The service board provides an in-store view of projects moving through the process. It is especially useful for local customers who are already stopping by for a class, dropping off a quilt, picking up supplies, or bringing in a sewing machine.
This is part of the Countryside Quilts® approach: use modern tools where they make life easier, while keeping the neighborly service customers appreciate. You can check online, check in-store, call the team, or stop by the Service Center for help.
For questions about a ticket or service project, contact Countryside Quilts® at (573) 616-1670 or support@countrysidequilts.com.
Get a Service Estimate Before You Drop Off
Tracking is only one part of making service easier. Countryside Quilts® also provides online tools to help customers understand service options and plan a budget before bringing in a project.
For longarm quilting, the Quilting Estimate Calculator allows you to enter your quilt’s width and length, choose batting and thread options, and review finishing services. The tool provides a budgeting estimate before your quilt is reviewed in person.
Current estimate guidance includes:
- Edge-to-edge quilting with poly batting provided from 1.75¢ per square inch
- Edge-to-edge quilting with Hobbs 80/20 or Pellon 100% cotton batting from 2.25¢ per square inch
- Edge-to-edge quilting with customer-provided batting from 1.75¢ per square inch
- A $30 minimum quilting charge
- Semi-custom and custom quilting priced after project review
- Typical turnaround of approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the current queue
The calculator can also help estimate options such as backing fabric, machine binding, a hanging sleeve, a custom label, variegated thread, and rush service when available.
These figures are for planning purposes. Final pricing is confirmed after the quilt top is reviewed, because pattern density, special requests, condition, and finishing details can affect the final quote.
Plan for Sewing Machine Service
The Machine Service & Scissor Sharpening Estimate provides helpful cost guidance for several types of service.
For example, the online estimate tool lists:
- Domestic sewing machine service from $75
- Domestic and industrial bench or diagnostic fees of $35
- Longarm machine bench or diagnostic fees of $50
- Scissor sharpening from $8
- A 90-day service warranty on completed machine service work
- Typical turnaround of approximately two weeks, depending on parts availability
Parts are quoted separately, and additional repairs are discussed with the customer before extra work is completed. That gives you a clearer way to plan your service budget without guessing what may happen after drop-off.
The online tools are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you can review average or starting-cost guidance, compare service options, and prepare your questions before visiting the Service Center.

Modern Technology, Old-Fashioned Service
At Countryside Quilts®, technology is here to make service more convenient, not less personal.
You can check a ticket online, review budgeting tools, request a callback, schedule a drop-off, or ask questions through the website. At the same time, our team remains available to provide guidance with a neighborly touch.
That balance matters because every service project has a story behind it. A quilt may be a family heirloom, a memory quilt, a gift, or a tribute. A sewing machine may be the tool that has helped you create hundreds of projects. We understand that these are not simply items sitting in a queue.
They are part of your creative life.
