Y Not Star 2 Quilt Pattern

Original quilt pattern design by Lindlee Smith of Plains and Pine. This design is the sister version of the Y Not Star quilt. Rather than large diamonds, each block is a 7-color Lone Star. The star blocks which can be constructed using either Y seams or no Y seams. Y seams can often be intimidating and sometimes frustrating so I wrote this pattern with the option to use Y seams or not. It's up you you, but "Y NOT" try it! There are 4 quilt sizes in this pattern: Baby (33.5" x 33.5"), Throw (63.5" x 63.5"), Twin (63.5" x 93.5"), and Bed (93.5" x 93.5"). Skill Level: Intermediate - It requires cutting and sewing on a bias and sewing with a consistent 1/4" seam.
