Online and Marketplace Returns

This section applies to orders placed on our website and through marketplaces such as Walmart.

30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging, with tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return. Email support@countrysidequilts.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the item has been returned. Once the return tracking shows your package delivered to us, we inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@countrysidequilts.com.

Orders Not Received or Delivered to the Wrong Address

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@countrysidequilts.com within 14 days of the delivery date and tell us you did not receive the item. We will review the tracking and confirm the shipping address on your order.

If the package was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will reship your order at no charge, or refund it if a replacement is not available. If the order was shipped to the address entered at checkout and that address was incorrect, we will work with you and the carrier to recover it, but we may not be able to replace it at no cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care goods
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
• Sale and clearance items
• Gift cards
• All in-store fabric sales (see In-Store Returns below)

If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us before you order.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Order Verification and Cancelled Orders

Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled before they ship, as described in our Terms of Service. A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Unrecognized Charges

If you see a charge from Countryside Quilts® that you do not recognize, contact us at support@countrysidequilts.com or 573-616-1670 before disputing it with your bank. We will help resolve it right away.

In-Store Returns (Countryside Quilts®, Jefferson City)

Fabric sales are final. For health, safety, and resale integrity, all in-store fabric sales are final. This includes cut yardage, panels, remnants, fabric cut from the bolt, promotional and regular-price fabric, and precuts and kits.

Factory-sealed precuts. Unopened, factory-sealed precuts (jelly rolls, charm packs, layer cakes) may be returned within 14 days with a receipt.

Defective or mis-cut fabric. If fabric has a manufacturer defect or was mis-cut by our staff, bring it back with your receipt and we will make it right.

Altered fabric. Fabric that has been washed, cut, sewn, ironed, or exposed to odors or pet hair cannot be returned.

Clearance fabric. All clearance and red-tag fabric is final sale.

Notions and tools. Most unopened notions and tools may be returned within 14 days with a receipt. Opened needles, rotary blades, and consumables are final sale.
