Invisible Thread Poly

Invisible Thread Poly is a very-fine polyester monofilament thread designed for applications where you want your stitching to blend in. It’s ideal for stitch-in-the-ditch machine appliqué, free-motion quilting, echo quilting, and any technique where the focus should remain on the fabric and design, rather than the thread.

Its matte finish minimizes shine, allowing it to disappear into a wide range of fabric colors and textures. The smooth surface and high heat resistance of polyester make it excel with both home and longarm machines, even during extended stitching sessions or ironing.

Invisible Thread Poly is slightly heavier than Wonder Invisible Nylon and, as such, has improved abrasion resistance and strength, helping to reduce thread breaks while working with layers, curves, or detailed quilting.

Recommendations for Best Use:

• Loosen top tension to 1.0-2.0 to prevent breakage
• Use a #70/10 Topstitch needle for home machines
• Use a #14 (3.0) needle for longarm quilting
• Pair with Precision in the bobbin for optimal stitch quality
