The exclusive non‑slip grip allows the ruler to glide smoothly over the fabric while positioning, then stay firmly in place with light pressure to prevent slipping as you cut. Black and white markings are easy to read, with a 1in grid divided into 1/8in and 1/4in increments. Use the 1/4in grip side to cut whole inches and trim seam allowances, and the 1/2in grip side to cut half‑inch increments and add seam allowance. Two adjoining sides feature 1/4in dashed lines to assist with trimming seam allowances.
