I guess it's no surprise how we got the name for "Amazing Grey". Not because of the fact that Jacqueline loves Greyhounds, -at this moment she lives with an adopted, twelve year old Greyhound Amy- but when Jacqueline was working on the design for this quilt she noticed that black as a background fabric didn’t really match the design and more white would be too much. So why not grey? That turned out to be a bull's-eye. The grey complemented the Rainbow colors beautifully and gave this design a very special look. And it's something completely different for a BeColourful quilt.
