The Log Cabin Lateral quilt is a modern football-inspired quilt pattern that uses a semi-improv piecing method perfect for using scraps in your stash. The pattern provides instructions for a more simple improv approach or you can take your improv even further with additional instructions for a more ""wonky"" log cabin version. For the confident beginner, techniques include snowball corners (stitch and flip), and semi-improv piecing. Available in a throw size (60 1/2"" x 60 1/2""), this pattern can easily be modified for size by adding or reducing the number of blocks. A QR code with complete video instructions is included for making the blocks. Also included is a QR code to download a BONUS mini quilt pattern to utilize bonus half square triangles from the cutoff snowball corners in the pattern.
