About this item

• The Scary Woods is not really scary at all!
• Sweet fluffy owls perched on branches with checkerboard trees.
• You can just see the light flickering in through the thick wooded forest!
• Large blocks make this an easy quilt to make with nothing too difficult.
• There is a link provided in the instructions for a step by step pictorial to assist with the small rounded areas on either side of the owl's eyes.
• All piecing methods are tradtional including the Magic 8 method of making 8 half square triangles using only 2 fabric squares which is shared inside the written instructions.
• Clear diagrams are included to assist with the written instructions.
• Would make a terrific class, teaching the owl and the tree block one week and returning the following week or two to sew the rows together and add the sashing branches.
