You don't have to call. You don't have to stop by. Just hop on our website, click the link, type in the ticket number from your pickup slip, and guess what?

Boom. There it is.

It tells you everything. It's been dropped off. It's in diagnostics. It's being researched. And the tech's notes on what was found are right there for you to read, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Two in the morning and you can't sleep because you're wondering about your machine? Go look. We won't even know you were there.

Now, why did we build it?

Because the phones were ringing off the hook.

Picture it. Sue is on one line. James is on the other. Both of them answering questions, troubleshooting, looking up tickets. All good things. We like talking to you.

But every minute on the phone was a minute nobody was at the bench. And the bench is where your machine gets fixed and your quilt gets finished. The more we answered "where's my machine," the longer everybody's machine took.

So we fixed that.

Now you can see for yourself, any time you like. No more wondering. No more frustration. You know exactly where your item is, and we get to keep our hands on the work.
