Countryside Quilts®, the Jefferson City quilting and sewing retailer and service center, now gives customers around-the-clock online access to service quotes and live status tracking for longarm quilting and sewing machine service.

Customers can request a longarm quilting estimate or a sewing machine and scissor sharpening quote at any hour from countrysidequilts.com, including average-cost information and budgeting tools to help plan a project before it arrives at the Service Center. Once a quilt or machine is checked in, the ticket number on the customer’s receipt opens a live status page showing where the project stands, from check-in to ready for pickup.

Longarm quilting is offered for projects of many sizes, including king-size quilts, with edge-to-edge, semi-custom and custom options and T-shirt and memory quilts. Sewing machine service covers domestic and longarm machines, along with scissor sharpening. Customers outside the Jefferson City area can begin the process online.

The Service Center is located at 2117 Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City and is open Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Quotes and status tracking are available at countrysidequilts.com.
