Our Business Practices

Countryside Quilts® is independently owned and operated. We believe you should know exactly how we do business before you place an order or drop off a machine, so here it is in plain words.

Honest pricing

  • The price you see is the price you pay for the product. Shipping and tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • We follow manufacturers' minimum advertised pricing (MAP) on the brands that require it.

Service Center estimates

  • We don't quote prices for repairs or longarm quilting over the phone. We can't know what's involved until we see the machine or the quilt.
  • Once it's here, we look it over and give you an estimate before any work begins.
  • If custom work isn't right, we'll fix it if it can be fixed.

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only.
  • We ship with FedEx and do not use USPS, so every package has one carrier and one tracking number from start to finish.
  • If your order shows delivered but never arrived, tell us. We'll double-check the address and reship it or refund it.
  • If something arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right, usually with a replacement.

Returns and refunds

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Start a return yourself from your account, and return shipping is free.
  • Returned items must be unopened and in resellable condition. A 5% restocking fee applies.
  • We issue your refund once the return arrives and we confirm its condition.
  • Final sale (not returnable): fabric and batting cut to your requested length, custom items, longarm quilting services, classes and Block of the Month.
  • Some products ship directly from our partner suppliers. Those returns also have a 30-day window, with no restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind? Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.

  • Contact us first. We'd rather fix a problem than have you live with it.
