The Bias Combo Tool was designed for use on wool mats--all you need to use it is 4 straight pins and your iron. It's great for making shoe laces, drawstrings and more! To make 3/4 in. bias binding start with a 1 1/4 in. strip of fabric and put it through the bottom part of the tool. To make 3/8 in. double fold binding place the 3/4 in. bias strip into the 3rd Hand Binding Folder positioned on top of the tool. Designed and manufactured in the USA by Purple Hobbies LLC.
