Made in the USA from high‑quality acrylic, it features precision‑etched measurements and the Creative Grids® exclusive non‑slip grip that allows the ruler to glide smoothly over the fabric while positioning, then stay firmly in place with light pressure to prevent slipping as you cut. Black and white markings are easy to read, and cutting slots are spaced every 1/2in for fast, accurate strip cutting.

The ruler includes whole‑inch, half‑inch, and eighth‑inch increments, with additional markings for 1/4in and 3/4in cuts. Use the black lines to square up blocks in whole inches up to 12in, and the white lines to square up blocks in half‑inch increments up to 12‑1/2in. Built‑in 45‑ and 60‑degree angles allow you to cut perfect diamonds and triangles. For quick reference, 1‑1/2in cuts are marked with black stars and 2‑1/2in cuts with black squares.
