Based on the chemical formula for chocolate, the “Chocolate Chemistry” quilt is made from columns of strips with ends cut at 60° angles. Count the number of 60° triangles to replace. Use the triangle replacement chart to determine the correct cut length, then a 60° ruler to create the correct shape. Sew into columns and sew the columns together.
