This versatile lotus design features a lotus block in three different coordinated light/bright color combinations. The blocks are made from similar size pieces and can be cut from 2-1/2” strips. There are three different color combinations which are used in both the quilt and the table runner. The blocks are staggered and give the quilt a diagonal design. The cover quilt is shown in Island Batik’s Leap and Lily Line. Finished block size 8" x 16". Lap Quilt: 62½" x 62½" - 21 blocks Table Runner: 20½" x 56½" - 6 blocks Use a light or dark background. This quilt uses Peeled-Back Patchwork, a fun technique that makes curved designs easy and achievable for all levels of quilters!
